Broad Steet Mittens

Pattern: Broad Steet Mittens from Knitty.com
Yarn used: Cascade 220 on size 2 needles, second mitten on size 1.5 after 2 years later.

Details: These are nice and thick since I used Cascade 220 - which was not what the pattern called for. I bought the yarn back when I didn't understand what gauge was. Amazingly they turned out on size 2 needles originally. My X-boyfriend lost one of the pair and it sat around for 2 years before I made the match again. But had to use size 1.5 needles since my knitting loosened up over time.
